Upjohn has been launched as a new division within Pfizer. Although the most iconic brands will be under this new entity, the team who were selected to work under upjohn, was demotivated. These very well known brands are on the market for many years and they believed there is nothing new they can do about these brands. Our objective on this task was to create excitement about upjohn and motivate team about their new division.
We informed them that no ordinary employees can succeed with upjohn brands that are iconic and special. They are not randomly selected for these positions. They are considered to be game changers within Pfizer. They are special!
